DAMAGED GOODS?

Our representative will help you sort out the issue as soon as possible.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

Our first priority is to help you out anyway we can, so if there is something wrong with the product. We would like to sort it out with you and fix it for you.

Each product is created based on your measurements, so the product will not be of any use to anyone. Standard sizes can be donated to a charity easily. We would not want to create more waste than needed. Because of that our first priority is to help fix whatever issue you’re facing.

If you still want to return the product, that isn’t a problem we have a 30 days simple return policy.

  • Please be noted that the product should be unused and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Make sure the item is not used

WHO WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING?

The customer will pay for the return shipping.

SHOULD I SHIP IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

No.

We try to reduce our carbon footprint whenever we can. So we’d want you to reuse the packaging.

Just send only the product with its original tags and certificates intact.
