We ship all over the world

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Unfortunately we cannot make changes once an order is placed.

Returns must be made within the guidelines in our Returns Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Zaroons contact form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.

Your return will be processed within maximum 15 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except for Cash on Delivery payments. For return items paid for via Cash on Delivery, a Customer Service representative will contact you to arrange a bank transfer or PayPal payment of the return amount. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Gifts can be returned by post, as outlined above. Please note that we cannot offer an exchange and a refund will be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except for Cash on Delivery payments. For return items paid for via Cash on Delivery, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a bank transfer or PayPal payment of the return amount.

The pricing quoted on Zaroons is final and includes all import duties and taxes. There are no additional charges to be paid at checkout or on delivery.

You must be a registered account holder on Zaroons to access your order history. The orders displayed are only those made online and after establishing your account.
